Empowering your people. Strengthening your business.

Employee mental well-being and resilience directly impact productivity, safety, and staff retention.

We work with organizations on two levels: we train your teams through psychoeducational programs and we support your people through comprehensive Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Our Two Pillars

Psychoeducational Programs

Structured training and prevention interventions — not psychotherapy.

Providing employees with practical skills to:

  • recognize workplace stress early
  • manage everyday challenges
  • enhance mental resilience
  • communicate and collaborate better

Each program is tailored to the specific industry, culture, and risks of the company.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Continuous, structured support centered around the human element — beyond one-off training.

Includes:

  • mental health support and promotion actions
  • holistic prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and psychosocial risks
  • ergonomic risk assessments using AI tools and computer vision analysis
  • safety guidelines and systematic maintenance of individual medical records

Occupational health and ergonomics services are delivered in collaboration with Occumedic.

Both frameworks operate independently or combined, depending on your organization's needs.

Training Themes

Workplace Stress Management

Identifying stress factors and practical coping techniques.

Burnout Prevention

Detecting early signs of exhaustion and maintaining energy levels.

Mental Resilience

Adapting to change, pressure, and organizational transitions.

Emotional Intelligence

Active listening, communication, conflict management, and empathy.

Mental Health in the Workplace

Raising awareness on anxiety, depression, and psychosocial risks — reducing stigma, encouraging early help-seeking.

2

Measure — investigating psychosocial risks.
