Dr Stella Nika was born in Athens.
She studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialization in Psychiatry at the 2nd University Clinic EKPA with Professor Eleftherios Lykouras. Postgraduate studies follow at the University of Cyprus and at Rene Descartes College / Conservatoire des Arts et Metier / Paris, France.
She completed her training in psychotherapy in cognitive and psychodynamic theories with a focus on family and couple systemic psychotherapy at the Research University Institute of Mental Health in Athens.Her training in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) took place at Maastricht University in the Netherlands with Prof.Dr. Alexander Sack.
She follows the scientific development of psychiatry through her participation in various scientific activities inside and outside Greece, and has worked for many years in primary and secondary mental health services in Greece and Cyprus. She has one daughter.
She speaks English, French and German.
Chara Kroupi is a psychologist, a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Since 2011, she has been actively working in the field of mental health, focusing on psychological assessment, psychotherapeutic support, and career counseling.
She provides support to adults in addressing a wide range of psychological issues.

Since 2019, she has been an active volunteer at the Greek Multiple Sclerosis Society where she coordinates – in collaboration with other mental health professionals – psychosocial support programs for individuals with chronic illnesses and their caregivers.
Dr Konstantinos Karampas holds a PhD in Counseling and Positive Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and serves as an Army Officer in the Hellenic Army’s Interbranch Center for Mental Health of the Armed Forces. He is a graduate of the Department of Psychology at Panteion University and holds a postgraduate diploma from the Department of Special Education of the University of Thessaly, specializing in Counseling in Special Education, Education, and Health.
His research interests include studies on psychological resilience, beliefs, and the implementation of Positive Psychology interventions.
He is also a member of the Hellenic Psychological Society (ELPSE) and the Hellenic Association of Positive Psychology (HAPPSY), and he has taught courses in counseling and positive psychology at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the Department of Psychology and the Center for Lifelong Learning at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
