Dr Stella Nika was born in Athens.
She studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialization in Psychiatry at the 2nd University Clinic EKPA with Professor Eleftherios Lykouras. Postgraduate studies follow at the University of Cyprus and at Rene Descartes College / Conservatoire des Arts et Metier / Paris, France.
She completed her training in psychotherapy in cognitive and psychodynamic theories with a focus on family and couple systemic psychotherapy at the Research University Institute of Mental Health in Athens.Her training in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) took place at Maastricht University in the Netherlands with Prof.Dr. Alexander Sack.
She follows the scientific development of psychiatry through her participation in various scientific activities inside and outside Greece, and has worked for many years in primary and secondary mental health services in Greece and Cyprus. She has one daughter.
She speaks English, French and German.
Chara Kroupi is a psychologist, a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Since 2011, she has been actively working in the field of mental health, focusing on psychological assessment, psychotherapeutic support, and career counseling.
She provides support to adults in addressing a wide range of psychological issues.

Since 2019, she has been an active volunteer at the Greek Multiple Sclerosis Society where she coordinates – in collaboration with other mental health professionals – psychosocial support programs for individuals with chronic illnesses and their caregivers.
Dr Konstantinos Karampas holds a PhD in Counseling and Positive Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and serves as an Army Officer in the Hellenic Army’s Interbranch Center for Mental Health of the Armed Forces. He is a graduate of the Department of Psychology at Panteion University and holds a postgraduate diploma from the Department of Special Education of the University of Thessaly, specializing in Counseling in Special Education, Education, and Health.
His research interests include studies on psychological resilience, beliefs, and the implementation of Positive Psychology interventions.
He is also a member of the Hellenic Psychological Society (ELPSE) and the Hellenic Association of Positive Psychology (HAPPSY), and he has taught courses in counseling and positive psychology at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the Department of Psychology and the Center for Lifelong Learning at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.

Christiana Zeneli is a psychologist, a graduate of the Department of Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and holder of a two-year Master’s Degree (MSc) in Applied Psychodynamic and Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Psychosexuality. She has undergone further training in the basic program of Psychodynamic Practice, delving into contemporary psychodynamic theory and its clinical applications.
He has participated in a one-year research program in the field of Neuropsychology at the University of Copenhagen, gaining experience in research methodology and the study of cognitive and neuropsychological functions.
He has worked in Non-Governmental Organizations, providing psychosocial support and participating in programs related to psychological trauma, workplace issues, and the application of Mindfulness practices to promote mental health and resilience.
Her clinical approach is based on the principles of psychodynamic theory, with an emphasis on understanding unconscious processes, early experiences, and interpersonal relationships that influence the individual’s emotional life and behavior. Its goal is to create a safe and supportive framework that promotes self-awareness, enhances mental resilience, and improves the quality of life.
Her research interests include eating disorders, body image, psychosexual health, and their connection with psychodynamic processes.
